Cara Caudle, IBCLC

Cara Caudle IBCLC

Cara has been assisting the wonderful families of West Texas as a birth doula since 2005 and as a lactation educator since 2008. After earning a BA in psychology from New Mexico State University, Cara moved to Odessa and later Lubbock, where she began working with mothers and babies. Helping growing families is something she truly enjoys! She says, "every birth, every breastfeeding couplet and every family is different. This keeps me learning and keeps me on my toes!" From common breastfeeding concerns to working with compromised infants, Cara has a wide range of experience and education designed to benefit the families of MPA. In 2011, she earned her IBCLC Certification which is considered gold standard in lactation care.

Cara enjoys reading, spending time with family, traveling and anything beach related. She and her family are avid baseball fans and can be found at Rip Griffin park during the spring cheering on the Red Raiders. Cara and her husband, Marc, have two children.
